Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (Or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor). Application can be made to this journal with the full text of the article whose abstract was presented at a symposium or congress.
  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word document file format. The article must fully comply with the journal writing rules. Click the link for the sample template file.
  • The copyright form file is completely filled out and signed. The file is uploaded to the system along with the article during the application. Click the this link for a sample copyright form file.
  • The plagiarism report file of the article and, if necessary, the ethics committee report are uploaded to the system in PDF format during the application.

Author Guidelines

Articles submitted to this journal must meet the following conditions. Otherwise, they will not be considered.

  • The article must not have been published in another publication medium.
  • The article should be prepared and sent in accordance with the writing rules of the journal.

  • The article should comply with research and publication ethical rules. The plagiarism rate should not exceed 20%. The plagiarism detection report and, if necessary, the ethics committee approval report should be submit to the system together.
  • Authors accept that copyrights are transferred to the journal if the article is published in the journal.

Copyright Notice

  • The author reserves all proprietary rights, such as patent rights, of his work and the right to use all or part of the article in his own works, such as in lectures, press releases and reviews of textbooks. If all or part of it is republished in periodicals or by third parties, written permission must be obtained from the editor-in-chief of JIHSCI.
